Inaugural Fantasy Writing Prize
Competition Details
The inaugural Fae Style Fantasy Writing Prize invites Australian writers to step beyond the ordinary and into the realms of fantasy.
Whether your story takes us to an enchanted forest, a distant kingdom, a strange little corner of our own world, or somewhere entirely unexpected, we're looking for original stories with imagination, heart and a little magic.
Who can enter?
What can I submit?
Open to Australian residents aged 16 years and over.
An original fantasy short story of up to 2,000 words.
Theme
The theme is Fae Style
We're leaving this deliberately open to interpretation. Your story doesn't need to be about faeries. We're interested in the many ways fantasy can be imagined, explored and woven into a story.
